How do I contact Customer Service?

Write us at info@sequoiatees.com. We will usually answer you the same day. We speak English, Dutch, some French and German.

 

Why are the Sequoia Tees unique?

We have asked the greatest artists of the world to deliver a design that the world has not seen of them before. Many artists will have their design enhanced with extra material like beads or garment. These designs will be manually silkscreen printed on the T-shirts only after we receive an order. Meaning that we don’t have any stock and that you will receive a unique piece. The design is printed on a T-shirt especially made for Sequoia Tees. The T-shirt has punched numbers in the left sleeve from 00 to 99. There are only 100 numbers per design. Having a unique design on a unique T-shirt gives you a true collectors’ item! 365 days per year, 365 different designs.

 

Can I choose my own number?

Yes, you can. As long as the number of your choice is available for this particular design. When you cannot choose your favorite number anymore it means someone else has bought it before you. Unfortunately, we cannot print a sold number again.

 

Can I place a phone or mail order?

It is not possible to order through phone or email. We accept online orders only.

 

Can I place an order online and pick it up at your warehouse?

Yes, you can order online and then pick up your order at our address. Please, contact us at info@sequoiatees.com before your visit. Please, note that our sales price includes express delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot deduct the shipping price from the sales price. You will always have to pay for shipping costs, even when collecting your order at our address.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping costs?

Shipping costs are included in the sales price. You don’t have to go through a shipping options page. We use express delivery by … for all of our orders.

 

Can I get my order gift-wrapped?

Your order will be send in a beautiful wrapping. Either to your address or another.

 

How do I check my order status?

We will send out notices about your order status. When you experience a delay then please, contact us at info@sequoiatees.com.

 

What is your delivery time?

Please, take 3 to 5 weeks in mind when ordering. However, we strive to deliver within 2 weeks. The reason it may take longer is that we will only print after an order is received. This is the only way possible. Also, it may take longer due to the address you want your order to be shipped to.

 

Why haven't I heard back from Customer Service?

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Please, make sure you order the correct size and number. If you feel something went wrong then contact our Customer Service and we will work with you to find the best solution.

 

How do I look up my order number?

You will receive an email with your order number. This is located at the top left spot of the email.

 

Was my order placed if I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Probably something went wrong if you didn’t receive a confirmation email. Email us at info@sequoiatees.com to see what went wrong.

 

Do you charge sales tax (VAT, BTW, etc)?

In certain countries we are obliged by law to charge sales tax. However, these taxes are usually incorporated within the sales price. Local (customs) taxes, tariffs or duties may apply. We cannot be held responsible for paying any of these taxes if applicable.

 

Why was my order declined?

There could be various reasons for this. Your credit card may not be valid. Certain countries are restricted from international payments. Or other reasons may apply. Contact us at info@sequoiatees.com for more information.

 

Can I combine orders?

Yes and no. Basically, if you would like to order more than 1 collectors’ item you will have to go through the order process every time again. Please, contact us if you would like to order more than 5 collectors’ items.

 

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter we send you.

How does Sequoia Tees protect my personal data?

Our partners and Sequoia Tees will store your personal data on our computers. Your data will not be sold or rented to third parties. We will keep your data safe with the best possible and reasonable precautions.

 

What if an illegal design is discovered?

All our designs are unique to the world and made by the greatest artists of the world. If you find a design of which you think causes an intrusion to your copyrights then please, contact us at info@sequoiatees.com.

Can I place an order online and pick it up at your warehouse?

We offer one price for our collectors’ items. This includes shipping, handling and sales tax (VAT). Unfortunately, we cannot handle local (import) taxes. You may be charged by your government for additional taxes like import tax.

No, you cannot. We sell collectors’ items. When all 100 numbers of a particular design are sold then it will not be possible to obtain another collectors’ item of this same design. Our frames can be bought in unlimited numbers. Products on page 3 will have limited availability too. Contact us at info@sequoiatees.com when you have a question regarding our products.

How do I place my order?

You can place your order by going through our order process. We offer three pages with products and then you will go into the payment process. You will need a valid means for payment like a credit card. 

 

Can I stop by your warehouse and buy stuff?

No, you cannot. We are an online business. Our T-shirts are only printed after an order has been placed. This makes our T-shirts very special as we print silkscreen manually. You can order online only and pick it up at our warehouse. Please note, the sales price includes express delivery. We cannot return money to you when you collect your order at our address.

 

Can I get the price difference if an item goes on sale?

The first day a design comes onto the site the price will be US$ 529. From day 2 this design will move to www.sequoiatees-dcs.com and then be US$ 579. Basically you will receive your discount the first day. This is the only sale we have.

 

Can you send me a catalog of your designs?

No, we have an online business. You can find all (previous) designs on either www.sequoiatees.com or www.sequoiatees-dcs.com.

 

How do I send my order as a gift?

In the order process you will have the choice to enter another address.

 

Is the site secure?

Yes, the payment site is secure.

 

Why are some tees out of stock?

Fortunately, these tees have been sold.

 

How can I print my order receipt?

Use the print function of your computer.

 

Why can't I add items to my shopping bag?

What countries does your online store serve?

Wherever our courier service can come we will serve. Due to international legislation we cannot serve any country. Are you not sure we will deliver in your country? Mail us and we will find out and let you know.

 

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Paypal including all major credit cards. This is an easy and secure way to pay.

 

What are your shipping options, policies, and prices?

We ship all items per expresse by UPS. See our Shipping & Handling section for more information.

 

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an automatic email with details of your order. When we ship your order you will receive an email from us saying when you can expect the delivery.

Which products do you sell?

We sell exclusive T-shirts with unique prints of the world’s greatest artists. These T-shirts are collectors’ items. You can have your collectors’ item being framed by us. Also, we will occasionally sell original art work of the artist or other luxury goods.

 

Can we order other products without having to order the collectors' item?

No, you cannot as you will have to go through the whole order and payment process. Please, contact us at info@sequoiatees.com for more information.

 

What are the washing instructions?

Our washing instructions are as follows:
Hand wash cold. Do not iron the designs. Do not dry clean. If specialty inks are used then wash the T-shirt inside out (good idea anyway). Expect some shrinkage when washing. Be especially careful when material is glued upon the T-shirt. We cannot guarantee glued material will stick to the T-shirt when you wash it.

Our tees are printed in The Netherlands. We will pack and ship them from Amsterdam. Made in Holland!

 

Can I wear your Tees?

Yes, you can wear the Tees. You will be wearing an art object.  

 

Who designs the Sequoia Tees product?

We have asked the greatest artists in the world to deliver a design that the world does not know from them. You can expect a unique piece of work. Quite a few artists will enhance their design with beads, garments, RTP or other material. This will make it even more unique.

 

Why do the colors show up differently on the shirt and my screen?

Every T-shirts is printed separately by hand. This will cause differences in colors.

 

Payment & Costs

How do I pay for an order?

We offer various methods for payment like Paypal including all major credit cards.

 

Do you accept PayPal as a form of payment?

Yes, we do.

 

Can I use a coupon or gift certificate?

No, we don’t offer coupons or gift certificates.

 

How does the currency conversion work for international orders?

We charge you in US dollars. This will be converted to your currency by the credit card company or your bank. We have no influence.

 

Why was my card declined?

There could be various possibilities like your card is outdated or your card is not one of the major credit cards. Please, check with your credit card company to find out what causes this problem.

 

What currency is used on the site?

We use and accept US dollars only.

 

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as you have gone through our order process.

 

Is my credit card info secure?

Yes, our payment partners will keep your credit card info safe. We use a secure site when going through the payment procedures.

 

How much does a Sequoia Tee cost?

We charge US$ 529 the first day a design is on the site. The next day all left over numbers for this particular design will be offered from www.sequoiatees-dcs.com. The price will then be US$ 599. Get it the first day and save money!

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel or change an order?

When you decide to cancel or change an order we need to know within 24 hours after you order. After this period it is not possible anymore to cancel or change your order as we will be busy preparing the order for you.

 

Can I exchange or return purchased products?

While we do our utmost to provide you with great quality items and offer you the best experience possible if you are not entirely satisfied  with the quality of the shirt please:

-      Make a photo of the received goods

-      Mail the photo to info@sequoiatees.com

-      Explain what is wrong with the product

-      We will contact you to discuss the problem with you

-      When we give our agreement,  ship the goods, in their original packaging back, to us at your costs. We recommend using a courier that provides tracking as Sequoia Tees is not responsible for any lost shipments.

-      We will send you another T-shirt with the same design and the same number.

-      You will have to pay for shipping costs. These will be charged separately.

-      Unfortunately, we cannot refund money

 

Limitations

We will accept your returns within 15 days after we received note from our shipping partner that you have received the goods.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

If your order either contains the wrong item(s) or defective items, we will send the replacements with free shipping.

How long will order processing and shipping take?

We will ship between 3 to 5 weeks after your order has been registered. Still, we strive to send you the products within the shortest possible time. Usually within 2 weeks.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping and handling is included in the price.

 

Why is shipping included in the price?

We want to give you the best possible experience. This includes not having to worry about which shipping method to choose.

 

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can. You will receive a tracking code as soon as we ship your order.

 

Why do you need my phone number?

Our shipping company will need to call you to make an appointment with you when you are not home when the order was delivered. This is to ensure that you will receive the order.

Why do I have to pay customs fees?

Every country has its own customs fees. Whenever imported goods arrive you will have to pay for the customs fees defined by the country you live in. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this subject.

 

Why has only part of my order been shipped?

We will ship the Tees and, when ordered, the Tees in a frame. The artists will ship the original works themselves. Our partner companies will ship the ordered goods themselves.

Currently we are not open for applications. We will announce opening times for applications at a later stage. If you want to support this initiative then buy our collectors’ items :-)
